职位描述

Key Responsibilities

- Member database management and analysis

- Apply local store promotion and evaluate different promotion effectiveness regarding different store situation

- CRM member activity planning and execution in above-the-line & below-the-line

- HO CRM campaign and project execution and follow up

- Explore business opportunities and improve CRM KPI performance by market or city through member data analysis and Initiatives.

- Train up internal marketing teammates with CRM tools

- Develop marketing support ROI analysis format by CRM database management with BO system.

- With the help from HO CRM, setting up the store support model for stores by analysis demographic / segmentation / category / shopping behavior etc. from system.

Key Skills / Experience 技能要求

1. Bachelor graduate, CET 4 above, preferable major in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics or Marketing & Communication

2. Above 3 years working experience in Marketing, preferably in CRM field

3. Strong in quantitative sense, Excel application and project management

4. Strong in logic thinking and analysis skill

5. Strong and effective communication skill

6. Initiative to solve issues and a quick learner

7. Self-motivated and is able to work under pressure
