Floor Manager job description:

Responsible for sales, customer service and the profitability of a department. Manages a team,

according to H&M values, standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

*Selling

Provides and ensures direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and

at the cash point in order to maximize sales.

*Employees

Executes and follows up on recruitment, training, developing and assessing sales advisors along

team with the store management team.

*Profitability

Organizes and plans the department according to business needs. Follows and ensures safety,

security and administration procedures are followed by others.
