What we offer:

• Represent AP in the Global Learning call to discuss and plan improvement on current course offering and future programs for development
• Coordinate with global and regional learning vendors on the service delivery requirements to comply with Corporate standards.
• Manage SSC Learning team with regard to the operational execution of the learning programs.
• As course owner for China’s competence based trainings, English course and new hire orientation, continuously improve offerings including calendar planning, course content update, new course introduction, vendor management, course evaluation and etc.;
• Provide integrated learning solutions to response to business ad hoc learning needs;
• Make sure the data accuracy of China training records, and work out record analysis as required;
• Leverage global learning resources for program localization.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevent course
• Minimum of three years working experience in Learning Management
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
