Responsibilities:

* Working with the Accounting Manager in overall preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts, including co-ordination of all schedules, reconciliations and reporting packages for review, i.e. responsible for G/L, preparing financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet accounts analysis and OPEX analysis with commentary and follow up actions as required
* Be the main contact with EMS supplier in China, in charge of product costing, inventory reporting, margin analysis, lead annual physical inventory activities
* Fixed assets management
* In charge of annual corporate income tax filing
* Coordinate both internal and external audit, this includes hard close audit, annual auditing, complete all audit package, coordinate audit from finance bureau and tax bureau
* Assist accounting manager in maintaining sound internal control system
* Other adhoc work as assigned


Qualification:

* Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
* 5 years general ledger accounting experience or audit in a multinational company, CPA or equivalent is a plus
* Familiar with ERP systems and knowledge of IFRS
* Good presentation skills, strong ability to collaborate across organizational boarders
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
* Strong sense of responsibility, solid and reliable, optimistic and smooth mentality
* Be able to work under pressure
