Main Tasks and assignments:
Manage R&D mechanical cluster which is responsible to look for new technical solutions which will create a breakthrough compared to the competition; to develop new products based on the commercial specifications from the marketing; to adapt the design in order to fulfil some reliability or cost requirements; to train the production for troubleshooting of new machines or functions; to improve the skills and efficiency of the mechanical cluster.

Qualification
Education: Mechanical engineering relevant majors, at least bachelor’s degree
Experiences: At least 10 years of mechanical design and development in precision machines and equipment industry, machine tool industry is preferred
Specific knowledge: Mechanical design and manufacturing
Language: Fluent English in oral communication and writing
Computer: MS Office, SolidEdge, SolidWorks / CATIA / ProE, FEA, SAP
Managerial Competencies: More than 3 years of working experiences with managing a team with min. 10 team members
