职位描述：
Goal is to grow the site in terms of number of users and number of restaurants participating (little bit of PR/marketing/user outreach). Also work with Sales team to build networking and contacts, generate leads and help with events etc.

? Restaurant growth: meet with restaurant owners and managers to demonstrate our platform and sign them up as users. Generate leads for restaurants via LinkedIn, Cold calling, Research etc.

? User growth: manage western and Chinese social media (WeChat, Facebook, Weibo, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with a view to sustain and grow a user base. We want you to create content (blogs, tweets, etc.…) that is worth reading, get noticed on other blogs etc.… Also help to virally grow our community of App users through personal network.

? Product management: help conduct user research, interviews, gather, analyze initial feedback.

? Customer support: basic training delivery for restaurant staff and account management

? Marketing: Effective written/spoken communication with Ads/PR agencies and web/graphic designers. Coordinate sponsor events and trade shows. Research into SEM/SEO.

? Help with strategy, plan user engagement etc.

岗位要求：
? We want someone enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and who is willing to work independently, think independently but always be a part of the team and seek advice when it's needed
? A working knowledge of social media marketing and viral marketing.
? Highly desirable to possess native level English skills and be able to speak Mandarin
? Preferable to be familiar with Shanghai
