1. The primary roles are to support production on test engineering including setting up, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automatic test equipment (ATE), and to support platform engineering on product quality troubleshooting including conducting bench test.

1. Maintain production test equipment and construct new test equipment.

2. Assemble and debug test interface circuits and wire harnesses from schematics.

3. Monitor equipment performance to ensure stable operation.

4. Debug all software and hardware of newly developed test equipment.

5. Troubleshoot quality and production problems to maximize product yields.

6. Interface with engineering, production and other departments as required resolving ongoing process issues.

7. Evaluate part and product design from manufacturing viewpoint and implementing design and process improvements to facilitate low cost part fabrication and economic assembly procedures.

8. Support the Engineering Department in implementing Lean Manufacturing Techniques.

9. Support Cells in Xiamen and any other facilities as may be deemed necessary.

10. Work with cell continuous improvement teams to increase product and process quality.

Work base is in Xiamen, China. Travel 1% of time (or less)

1. Assist Test Engineer to perform the preventive maintenance on the machine according to the PM plan.

2. Work with MOM to ensure higher tester utilization and reduce tester downtime

· 1. Associate or equivalent technical degree

· Familiar with common ATE and ICT test equipment

· 1. Two to four years experience repairing production test equipment.

· Experience using with Microsoft Office (word / excel) and an understanding of computer networks is preferred.

· Able to communicate in written and verbal English

· Possess teamwork skills

· Familiar in manufacturing environment

· Self motivated with a high level of initiative and energy in recognizing and solving problems

· Understood & obey the requirement of EHS(Environment,health,safety)
