？ Creating, tailoring, and pitching Tmall Global business development marketing collateral
？ Conducting country and market research for supporting international business strategy
？ Identifying high priority partners and clients based on the team’s business needs and KPI (key performance indicator) targets
？ Communicating and negotiating with partners and clients with a high degree of tact and professionalism
？ Understanding client needs and goals, solving problems/obstacles, motivating clients to take action
？ Driving and expediting the client decision making process to quickly close accounts
？ Assisting with store establishment for key accounts on the Tmall platform

Minimum Qualifications:
English language - Full professional proficiency
Mandarin Chinese - Professional working proficiency
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
>2 years working experience

Strong interest in the ecommerce industry
Knowledge of the domestic Chinese consumer market
Knowledge of international brand and consumers good markets
Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative
Must be a team player, eager to learn but also eager to share

Preferred Qualifications:
English language - Near-native/Bilingual proficiency
Mandarin Chinese - Full professional proficiency
Spanish and/or Portuguese, French and/or Italian - Full professional proficiency
MBA or advanced degree
3-5 years relevant working experience
Experience in the ecommerce industry
