职位描述

Alibaba is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Hangzhou, China. In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our International Tmall and Aliexpress initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to our display inventory acquisition strategy, maintain the relationships with key partnerships, understanding their needs and explaining how Alibaba can help their success, you will support Aalibaba’s advertising initiatives, and have the opportunity to shape Alibaba’s next generation international E-commerce program. You will have a good understanding of the international advertising and ecommerce landscape, and be able to drive mutually-beneficial customer and partner relationships to scale the business long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, tailoring, and pitching Tmall Global business development marketing collateral .Serve as a key member of the International Tmall business team, helping to attract international brand from overseas strategy and business growth.
- Assist with store establishment for key accounts on the Tmall platform and Promote marketing place for Aliexpress, helping to build go-to-market strategy for global business growth.
- Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic partners who may be key affiliate networks and publishers as well as other strategic channels. Contribute to the overall growth and profit of Alibaba international business by expanding our partner ecosystem.
- Conducting country and market research for supporting international business strategy
- Identify, rationalize, and define target market segments and channel strategy for Alibaba international emerging Advertising business. For each segment and channel, define the business model, product offering, engagement process, and support/operations model to drive publisher adoption and business revenue growth.
- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case. Build and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial programs.
- Build strategic partnerships for Alibaba international Ad business.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.

Requirements:
? Above 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the media, advertising, or ecommerce sectors.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
? Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions .
? Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
? Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages.
? Bachelor degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study.

1. 全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上在市场拓展,销售以及合作管理领域的工作经验;
2. 良好的中英文沟通能力和大客户服务能力;
3. 良好的学习能力、抗压能力和团队合作能力;
4. 熟练产品知识、招商流程、商务谈判技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式
