Responsibility:
In charge of organizing the Quality System Company, provides the coordination and preparation of documentation required for his duties and is responsible for updating the Quality Manual and verification of other regulatory documents within its competence as well as their compliance with ISO 9001 .
Ensure the implementation of Quality System through planning and implementation of the audit system and formalized the Quality Improvement Plans and the Minutes of the Management Review.
Work with senior Ind. & Quality for the definition of the objectives of product quality and process ensuring the achievement.
Collaborate with all departments involved, to improve system performance by acting on production methods and systems, requiring the necessary corrective and preventive actions in order to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and compliance with quality system requirements, check their implementation and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product in the management of customer complaints. Participates in and promotes the training and personnel training.
Collaborate with R & D stages of industrialization.
E 'in the referent of the third party audit or reviews.
Ensure the implementation of quality control plan defined, acting on products and production processes and measurement tools for the new part of its mission.
Manages the non-conformity of product / process and found prong of the measuring instruments giving appropriate measures and monitors the further processing of nonconforming product.
Record any problem with product or process related to the quality of the product. Ensure the proper management of the collection and disposal of waste products.
Contributes to the identification and analysis of chronic quality problems with the objective of reducing waste and overstock.
Disseminate within the data on the levels of quality and scrap, rework and downgrades reached.
