Financial Supervisor
The Financial Manager/Supervisor will manage the financial and accounting functions of the Xingtai plant operations. Functions include but are not limited to:
1. preparation of interim and final financial statements,
2. financial analyses of operations,
3. maintenance of fiscal records, tax compliance,
4. internal controls,
5. cost accounting,
6. budgeting and forecasting,
7. audit coordination, and
8. compliance with accounting regulations, statutory filings and the parent company.

She/He will report to the Financial Controller.

Requirements
He/she needs to have:
1. Strong financial experience, preferably in manufacturing companies and
2. excellent working knowledge and experience in both Chinese Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, PRC GAAP and tax regulations).
3. Significant Forecast and Annual Budgeting experience.
4. Prior responsibility for external audits for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
5. 3+ years of experience in financial management in a multinational company, ideally an European one.
6. Hands-on management style
7. Excellent computer skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel and knowledge of ERP systems.
8. Team players and capable of independently managing a team in PRC.
9. Fluent in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak) mandatory;
10. Strong organizational skills - able to organize or schedule people to tasks, develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraints and resource availability.
