职位描述
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for sales administrative support including sample application, complaint compensation support, sales aids management, etc.
Supports BU expense management including reimbursement document check and accrual preparation
Assist with commercial processes including tendering document preparation, document collection for distributor application and contract distribution
Office Administration work support as necessary
Help BU HR processes related to on-board and leaving
Other sale support as required
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor degree or above.
Minimum 1 year admin experiences in multi-national company
Proficient at oral & written English and Chinese-Good PC skills
Excellent communication / interpersonal skill
