Job Title: R&D Manager
Responsibilities:
?协调和控制项目设计阶段的管理(产品质量,产品成本,项目费用,产品实现的时间节点);
?Coordinate and control program management in phases of design (product quality, product cost, program expense, time schedule in the periods of product achievement);
?组织和协调研发部门在项目中的分工合作;
?Organize and coordinate the team work of R&D team members for programs;
?产品设计和实现中的技术定位和技术审核;
?Technical orientation and audit of product design and achievement;
?按照市场的需求组织新技术的研发;
?Build up new technology innovation aimed at market demands;
?指导和参与市场部推广本公司的新产品和新技术;
?Tutor and participate in new product and technology publication held by Marketing Dept.
?主导与供应商、客户的项目沟通。
?Lead the communication on program with supplier and customer.
Major Responsibilities
?向总经理汇报项目研发的进展情况;
?Report the program research and development progress to General Manager;
?制定达到目标执行计划,包括进度、预算、资源、实施步骤;
?Set action plan, including schedule, budget, resource and action steps, to achieve the goal;
?统计、监控和分析计划的执行情况,尤其是关键任务的进度和费用;
?Collect, inspect and analyze the performance according to the plan, especially the progress and expense of the key tasks;
?根据各项目的进度调整和分配项目资源,确保各项目满足时间、质量和费用的期望;
?Adjust and distribute the resource according to the progress of each program to ensure the satisfaction of timing, quality and expense expectation
?管理、培训和发展团队内具有不同知识和能力的员工,使他们能自我完成日常工作;
?Manage, train and develop the team members who have varied knowledge and ability to encourage them to complete daily work;
?通过一对一的会议、业绩评估和团队会议等方式,为员工及时地提供指导、咨询和反馈;
?Coach, consult and give feedback to underlings in time through face to face conversation, performance review and team meeting;
?不断提高和发展产品设计过程的控制流程,以提高产品设计的质量、加快产品设计的进度、降低产品设计的费用。
?Continuously improve and develop control flow in the process of product design to improve quality, speed up progress and reduce the cost;
?为新产品和正在进行的工程更改作成本核算和产品报价;
?Cost calculation and product quotation for new product and engineering revision in progress;
?执行持续改进策略以降低成本、提高质量和生产力;
?Execute continuous improvement policy to reduce cost and improve quality and production capability;
?组织产品设计阶段的评审,以确保按计划实现产品设计的质量和进度。
?Review product design progress to ensure the quality and timing of product design as planned;
?监管项目投入,对比实际与预算的成本,做到各阶段的资金和资源投入都不超出项目启动时设定的目标值;
?Monitor the investment of program and compare the actual expense to budget in order to guarantee both the capital and resource investment in each step no more than the target set up when program launched;
?负责产品策划、设计、实现的全过程,直到产品OTS完成。
?Be responsible for the whole process of product planning, designing and achieving until OTS finished;
?完成总经理交付的其它职责。

Knowledge and Education
?机械或工程类专业,全日制硕士学历或以上
?Major in Mechanical or Engineering, full-time education Master Degree or above
?精通Catia结构设计软件和Speos、Tracepro光学分析软件;
?Be familiar the mechanical design and optic analytical software, such as Catia, Speos and Tracepro;
?良好的英文口头和文字沟通能力;
?Good oral and written communication skill in English;
?精通TS16949, ISO17025,ISO14001相关知识;
?Be familiar with TS 16949, ISO17025 and ISO14001;
?精通汽车照明产品技术和汽车电子产品技术;
?Be familiar with auto lighting and electronics product technology;
Work Experience
?最少10年汽车零部件行业产品设计和项目管理经验;
?10 years product design and program management experience in auto parts industry at least;
?有德国、北美、日本海外工作经验更佳
?Has the oversea working experience in Germany, North America or Japan is preferred
