Laiwang, the mobile social network app developed by Alibaba Group, is to help everyone to keep in touch with the connections with their good friends, track your wonderful moment in your life, anytime and anywhere. Laiwang aims to cater for the communication demands of users in a bid to connect them under different scenarios, such as social networking, life and consumption.
Key responsibilities for the Senior UX Designer, Fulfillment by Laiwang
·Ensure user focus throughout entire product – not just the design, but communications and policies.
·Defining design strategies and pattern libraries to create the best mobile experience for Laiwang product line.
·Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment.
·Design broad concept prototypes and then translate into a simple, elegant and executable experience for Laiwang apps.

Basic Qualifications
·At least 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar roles.
·Fluency in best practices for APP information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
·Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
·Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, and Keynote.

Preferred Qualifications
·Passionate and clear vision for mobile internet-connected devices .
·Have excellent sense in building great customer experience.
·Demonstrating success in creating innovative and user-friendly features and products.
·Strong bias for action, ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills; demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and innovative and bold strategic vision.
