职位描述
1. 流量运营:负责无线产品用户增长,维护内外流量渠道,并开拓更多流量渠道寻求资源合作;
2. 用户运营:针对不同国家无线市场的特点,制定和PC差异化的营销活动策略,并通过内部资源协同,完成活动实施、效果评测;对活动效果进行数据分析,不断优化活动效果
3. 内容运营:针对不同国家用户特性,进行个性化的内容运营,培养用户氛围,提高用户活跃度和粘性;
4. 产品运营:与产品经理合作推进产品上线,通过日常数据分析及用户调研,对产品不断提出优化和解决方案,提升用户体验及成交。
1. Traffic Operation: be responsible for the growth of mobile users; maintain internal and external traffic channels; explore channels to promote AliExpress mobile apps, including partnership with carriers, phone manufacturers, etc.
2. User Operation: formulate the operation strategy differed from pc’s according to the characteristics of mobile internet; plan the campaigns and review the effect by coordinating internal resources; optimize the campaigns according to the review
3. Content Operation: personalize the content according to the different national user habits; develop the habit of mobile users to improve their activity and stickiness.
4. Product Operation: work with product managers to deliver the features and improve conversion; propose optimized solutions by data analysis and user study to enhance the user experience.
1. 善于数据分析,并使用数据指导运营工作,有能力数据化运营体系,;
2. 具备产品运营意识,能清晰梳理产品需求及运营逻辑;
3. 具备独立完成营销活动策划、实施、效果评测的完整经历;
4. 具有丰富的无线领域工作经验者优先考虑;
5. 俄籍、巴西籍的人员,同时中英文听、说、读、写流利者优先考虑;
1. Strong analytical skills, and strong ability to make decision based on data
2. A logical thinker, able to plan and present product requirements and marketing campaign ideas in a highly logical and structured way
3. Experience in planning, implementing and reviewing marketing and merchandising campaigns
4. Relevant experience in mobile app promotion in key emerging countries a plus
5. Russian and Brazilian with strong Chinese and English skills a plus
