随着集团和其关联公司的业务扩大发展，带领并协助规划及推动财资部各类项目，例如，银行流动性及投资架构及管理的优化，融资事宜等，具体包括：As the business grows, the candidate needs to lead and execute the Treasury projects, for example, optimize the liquidity and investment management operation, arrange bank financing…etc. The details include:
1、带领团队强化流动性及投资管理，更好地体系化并执行来达成风险，流动性，及收益的平衡。Lead the team to enhance the liquidity and investment management， develop systematic approach and execute to balance risk, liquidity, and yield goals.
2、熟悉境内外各类融资操作模式及流程，能独立规划并参与每个融资合同的细节谈判，与公司内部各部门及外部银行沟通协调，完成相关融资计划；Familiar with various financing techniques and process in China and overseas, is able to set financing plan independently and negotiate contracts, can communicate and coordinate among the departments in the company and with external bank partners, complete the financing successfully;
3、能与多个银行及其它金融机构建立专业合作关系，获取符合集团要求的相应融资额度及其它服务与条件；Build the professional business relationship with banks and other financial institutions, obtain the needed credit lines and other services with appropriate terms;
4、随时掌握境内外有关企业财资，贷款融资，及资产转让的政策法规及实务，并定期提供相关的更新和分析通报；能与人行,外管,及其它监管机构建立并维持良好的关系，有效推动政策相关项目；Well informed of Corp Treasury, financing and asset sales related regulation and practices in China and overseas, and can analyze them; can build and maintain good relationship with PBOC,SAFE, and other regulators to move forward the projects effectively;
5、能带领，参与及协助其它财资部的项目，包括流程制度建设，财资系统优化等。Can lead, participate, and assist other Treasury projects, including process set-up and improvement, optimize Treasury system,…etc.

1. 本科以上学历，至少12年以上的金融行业或企业财资管理工作经验，熟悉银行及金融机构的运作，政策，和流程，并已建立相应的业务经验及联系网络；有多年外资银行工作经验, 金融相关硕士或CFA持证人更佳；Bachelor degree, at least 12 years above related experiences in financial institution or Corp Treasury field, familiar with their operations and practices, have hands-on experiences and industry network; have extensive experiences in MNC banks, Finance Master degree or CFA charter holder is a plus.
2. 具备团队领导力及经验; 良好的分析判断、语言沟通/演讲，数据分析，及谈判能力，有很强的商业敏感性和规划执行能力；能熟练运用中英文；Have proved leadership experiences; have good judgment, communication/presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills; have strong sense to business; can plan and execute effectively; have a good command of both Chinese and English.
3. 具有良好的道德操守，认同企业文化，乐于拥抱变化，并有强烈的敬业及团队合作精神；Have strong ethics and integrity, embrace Corp culture and change, committed, have strong team work spirit.
4. 对于互联网和电子商务行业有激情，富有创业精神，勇于创新，乐于接受挑战，并有较强的抗压力。Passionate on internet and e-commerce industry, strong entrepreneurship spirit, creative, can take on challenges under pressure.
