职位描述
1. To provide professional post-sales VIP service and build strong customer relationship to our existing members mainly via email, telephone, IM and other online tools, to train the members on basic account operation and provide members with operational tips to improve members’ online performance
2. To be a team player in looking for various opportunities and resources to develop and execute supplier nurturing and activation programs, which can be online or offline, one-to-one or one-to-many, or even give outbound consultative calls and emails.
3. To proactively bring forward members’ suggestions and feedback on our services for product development purpose.
4. To resolve members’ inbound queries and complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
1. Fluent in oral English and can prepare basic English copy writing.
2. Experienced in customer service or account management, preferably in online B2B products/service.
3. Having good sense and understanding of the promotion campaigns and operational practices by international exporters on B2B online marketplaces.
4. Target oriented, and detail minded in nailing down the execution and keeping on monitoring
5. Passionate, initiative, creative and can embrace change well
Other requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask
- 2 years or above experience in customer service or customer operation is required
- Outbound service experience is preferred
- Top performer within the current or previous organization is preferred
