Duties and responsibilities

1.Setup operational risk framework through the company
2.Manage the regulatory requirements for operational risks, including reports
3.Undertake risk analysis and record all operational risks and issues with appropriate mitigating actions.
4.Cooperation with quality assurance on process evaluations and risk mitigation
5.Set-up regular review of self-assessment and assessment of operational risks through the company, facilitate the improvements action plans
6.Cooperation on outsourcing activity procurement process, definition of control mechanisms
7.To have responsibility on developing, reviewing outsourcing policy & procedure manualsLead the planning, monitoring and execution of outsourcing projects ensuring delivery to quality, cost and time.
8.Develop and manage outsourced projects in line with the defined standards and control processes.
9.Ensure that outsourced project scope is tightly controlled and any change managed through the correct approval process.
10.Liaising with the outsourced vendor throughout the project life cycle.
11.Where appropriate, participate in establishing the scope and budget of the project.
12.Ensure that projects are adequately resourced at all times by proper planning, monitoring and forecasting and reacting promptly to situations as they arise. -Work collaboratively within the team in support of common goals and initiatives
13.Other issues assigned by company.

Requirements

1.Finance, Economics, law or relative bachelor degree or above;
2.3~5years working experience in project management; familiar with finance management, budget planning and risk control principles, within which, experience in the Big Four Accounting Firms is preferred;
3.Demonstrable industry related experience in the area of Project Management
4.Excellent abilities for interpersonal communication, coordination, planning and execution, good team leadership skills and enthusiastic at work;
5.Good presentation abilities in both Mandarin and English (oral and written );

    不仅如此，在客户服务领域，捷信在逐步增加自动化客服工具的应用，并将基于人工智能的语音机器人、文本聊天机器人和质检机器人应用在客服环节，提升服务效率。相比传统的人工智能，捷信配备的机器人在语义理解和机器学习方面更加智能、高效，可以随时随地为客户提供服务，并快速适应新的业务情境。其中，文本聊天机器人已接入到捷信官方微信平台，平均每天可处理约50,000-70,000个客户问题，客户只需等候最多1秒就会接通，而语音机器人的每日呼出量也达到了约5,000,000次。智能机器人与专业客服人员一起，可为客户提供7天无休的专业服务，这些技术创新保证了服务流程更加顺畅，显著提升了服务效率。同时，捷信在不断加快数字化的步伐。至今已有超过4000万用户注册了捷信金融APP，从而进入到捷信的服务生态体系中。
