Job Title: Sales Manager(Japanese Speaking for Auto OEM clients Management)

Job Responsibility:
-Follow sales strategies to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
-Conducts sales and product meetings and presentations to customers.
-Develops and maintains close customer contacts
-Participates / leads pricing and contract negotiations

-Maximises the sales and profit for company.

-Leads & drives the strategy for his customers for successful business
-Coordinate and follow up RFQ tracking process, and able to make a quotation base on customer inputs, factory inputs etc.

-Various projects and assignments as required.

-In charge of Japanese Auto OEM clients Management in China.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in automotive or mechanical engineering or Business

-8 years sales & marketing experience, management experience in automotive industry also a plus

-Fluent in Japanese speaking and written.

-Good written & spoken English language skills
-Business acumen
-Customer focus.
