职位描述
Job Title: Quotation Coordinator Program Management
Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: Program Director Asia
QUALIFICATIONS
? Must possess a combined 3+ years of project/program management and Quoting experience along with a verifiable record of results in both disciplines within the automotive industry. Project management certification preferred.
? Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent (6 additional years of related technical experience in addition to experience referenced above). Engineering or Finance/accounting Degree is highly preferred.
? Exceptional organizational and communication skills in Chinese and English both verbal and written
? Thorough knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques
? Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review
? Strong technical background that may include knowledge of powertrain systems & components (including 4WD/AWD, fluid pressure & controls, stampings & castings, and automotive electronics) and a good understanding of cross-functional responsibilities.
? Must possess moderately advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint); must be/become proficient in company & customer systems.
? Previous experience in a plant operations role or environment is preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Possesses the interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customer contacts responsible for the decision making process. Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns. Understands customer's business and speaks their language. Develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
2. Responsible for leading the preparation and business case review of quotations for customers. Responsible for ensuring quotes target profitable and/or strategic business opportunities, performing contract reviews when awarded, and lessons learned analyses for lost business opportunities.
3. Cohesively aligns with Global Product Managers, Product Engineering, and Sales by providing customer feedback on products and features as well as competitive information within their respective product group.
? Preparation and communication of program status meetings to management steering committee and escalation of critical issues.
? Coordinating / monitoring project documentation, timelines, technical performance, budget, production, quality deliverables, corrective action initiatives, conducting risk analyses, and implementing required counter actions.
? Full program management ownership of program-related functional activities: quoting, purchasing, product engineering, quality, manufacturing / launch management, & finance/budget.
? To assume responsibility, direction and support for the Program Team for both prototype and production requirements.
? Leads multi-country / multi-continent GPMS team during quotation phase.
? Adheres to GPMS requirements and Gate system..
? Evaluation of the progress of the quote and launch programs as required.
? Understand the specification and procurement of capital equipment, tooling, gauging and personnel for new launches.
? Coordination and implementation of engineering changes during quotation phase.
? Attends and / or conducts meetings with customer, with respect to quote reviews.
? Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly stored and easily retrieved.
? Undertakes other duties and responsibilities within the Program Department, if required by the Program Director.
? Leads and Assists in the development of quotations for new work and engineering changes.
? Provides Program support to other departments within the company as directed by the Program Director.
? Initiates plans and ideas for cost reduction and / or quality improvement measures.
? Responsible for ensuring that the organization is working with the most up-to-date processes and guidelines as outlined in ’s Global Program Management System.
? On time submission of customer requirements for quotes and product launch (PPAP, prototype requirements, volume ramp, etc…).
? On budget quote and start of projects.
? Ensure highest quality standards to the customer (zero launch PR & R’s / QR’s etc…) and has an understanding of such requirements during quotations.
? Report to Management any perceived risks in quotation phase and program launch prior failure to achieve planned targets.
? Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management system (TS 16949).
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook. Follows and enforces the guidelines and rules as defined in the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
o Work in compliance with the provisions of Chinese regulations;
o Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that his employer requires to be used or worn;
o Report to his or her employer or supervisor the absence of or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger himself, herself or another worker;
o Report to his or her employer or supervisor any contravention of Chinese regulations or the existence of any hazard of which he or she knows
o Shall not remove or make ineffective any protective device.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment; 25% Travel required to customer offices & production locations, Magna production locations, etc. While working in production environments, the colleague may be exposed to machinery, moving equipment and material, moderate noise, airborne particles, fumes and various levels of temperature created by the manufacturing process.
