Key Account manager
Summary of Key Responsibilities
? Account management including P&L responsibilities, client communications and upselling
? KPI monitoring and cooperation with operations
? involve in new business go live set up and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding
? Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
? clear business plans for all current and potential business
? act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
? Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
? Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
? Create, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each client.
? Interact regularly with operation management and develop cooperative working relationships with operational staff to ensure the customer's needs are met.
? Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
? lead Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
? Address all performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with company policy

Qualifications
5 years working experience in logistics industry, 3PL and ecommerce logistics know-how will be preferred
Previous experience in key account management or customer service and display an attitude that is key to success
Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
Strong account management and relationship building skills
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
Highly self-motivated
English fluency a must
excellent presentation skill
travel required
