CONTEXT
Support retail operation manager’s business and organization needs. Responsible for sales data analysis of retail operation management and productivity improvement.
MAIN TASKS
-Retail operation monitor system set up: closely work with Sales, MKT, and other SSC related departments: summarize all the operation related data and information, set up the complete operation performance monitor model, issue regular tracking reports, which focused on Retail Excellence required operations, and other SSC focused standard operations.
-Productivity study model: keep maintaining and improving the database, including sorting out competitor information, etc.; having detail study to find out the opportunity for regions/counters with accurate and solid data support.
-Sales analysis development and enhancement: design and develop operational and analytical reports & management dashboard, unify the calibration of analysis indicators, standardize report templates.
-Deepen the data mining of the current sales database from POS level to Data Mart level. Improve the data usage efficiency; make sure the data accuracy and completion. Keep submitting system and database improvement requests to company.
-Actively involved in BI project, make sure the new data requests can be effective 100% in new Data Mart.
-Support other different reports or sales analysis based on business needs and inquiry.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
-Bachelor degree in statistics or information science. 3 years and above experience in sales data analysis. FMCG or cosmetic industry background is preferred.
-Understand main database software. Be familiar with SQL, be proficient at Excel; and be good at PPT.
-Strong skills on data mining. Be logical and precise; be keen on details. Be good at finding out issues and summarizing.
