CONTEXT
To execute all kinds of training project and support promotional activity.

ROLE
- Enhance ba’s product knowledge, selling skills and service quality.
- Support all kinds of promotional activity.

MAIN TASKS

？ Responsible for training material adaptation and translation. Prepare and present new product training program incorporating the principles of advanced adult learning techniques i.e. make it fun, inspirational and results oriented.
？ Follow up training result and implement tailor-made training / coaching programs to address specific areas of concern.
？ Conduct new bc basic / selling skills (Superstar) / mini-facial training.
？ Support all kinds of promotional activities, such as beauty workshop, mini facial, HPP and counter event...etc.
？ Enhance bc makeup skills and upgrade BC image.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Good training & coaching skills
- Related experiences above 3 years
- Good Computer Skill
- Good make up skill is a must
