The primary function and purpose of this position本职位的主要功能:
1.Take Inbound calls (and make Outbound calls upon request) in the name of Bentley and
maintain a professional telephone service to calling customers.
2.Responsibility of dealing with all kinds of customer Inbound calls in English as well as in
Chinese language.
3.Provide good quality information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about
products and services.
4.Resolve customer’s problems in a friendly and courteous manner.
5.Complaints: Calm down customer, identify all relevant information and determine the
cause of the problem, provide the best solution in order to solve the problem and
escalate the question to Bentley in the case answer cannot be provided by Arvato.
6.Queries: Understand the customer and provide a response in a professional manner.
If needed, escalation to responsible person for clarification of open points.
7.Leads: Collect customer information in a courteous manner and update customer
information in database.
8.Build a good customer relationship.
9.Attract potential customers by suggesting information about products and services.
10.Identify customer’s wishes as well as expectations and explore new business opportunities
through cold calls.
11.Handle customer feedback.
12.Attend product workshops and trainings, continuous improvement and training process.

10.one or two years experience in automotive sector as a CCC VIP IB specialist as an Inbound agent in a luxury hotel / airline is a plus”.
