Project Manager
Duties
？ Perform site visits of potential new stores and provide technical assessments
负责新店现场测量与勘查
？ Prepare tender document of a new site and invite contractors to join open tender according to company policy
根据公司政策制作标书并邀请施工公司参加竞标
？ Supervise the progress of construction to ensure timely delivery and to specifications and quality
监督管理工程进度以确保工程质量并按时完工
？ Co-ordinate with new store opening team and various department to ensure the setup of new store confirms to the standards
与本部门及其他部门密切合作以确保新店质量
？ Follow up with any snags and outstanding works to completion within one week after store opening
跟进未完成工作及相关问题并于新店开业后一周内解决
？ Review contractor performance
记录并评价施工方施工质量
？ Review and verify quantities and specifications of building materials with contractor and complete within one month of store opening
在新店开业后一个月内跟进施工质量并与施工方核对材料清单
？ Report to store opening manager
汇报给店铺开发经理

Qualifications
？ At least college graduate with major in construction
大专以上学历，主修建筑专业优先
？ 3 years of experience in project management
3年以上项目管理经验
？ Person of integrity and commitment
诚实守信，有责任心
？ Hard working, long hours and irregular time
吃苦耐劳
？ Willing to travel frequently
可经常出差
