职能描述

H&M的店铺经理工作有很多职责,同时也有很多乐趣.你的工作包括:

· 提供各项出色的顾客服务

· 跟进销售目标和预算,实现赢利

· 确保所有的促销活动高标准地顺利进行(服装陈列,促销活动,大型活动,库存情况和跟进行动)

· 招聘,培训及人员发展,给团队每个成员提供一系列的发展计划

· 确保所有后台流程都按照标准执行(人员考勤安排,现金办公室,折扣活动,收货安全和防损规范)

STORE MANAGER

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Store Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

· Provide excellent customer service on all levels

· Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimise profit

· Ensure all store activities live up to standards (garment presentation, sales activities, campaigns, stocks and follow-ups)

· Recruit, train and develop employees, and provide succession planning for everyone in your team

· Ensure that all back office procedures are up to standards (staff planning, cash office, reductions, deliveries, safety and security routines)

· Set an example for your team and act as a role model
