IT helpdesk--Intern

We are seeking a skilful technician to work as first line support in our IT Helpdesk for China in Shanghai to support retail users.
The primary responsibility is to answer support needs via telephone and mail, registering calls and give initial support to users regarding the IT services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
? Be a part of the IT Help Desk for China and perform support according to defined processes and methods
? Give initial support for all IT services, handle errors occurring in the client and local network environment
? Forward and follow up calls to central competence groups within H&M and our partners
Competences
? Excellent social skills, used to handle people under stress, service minded
? Good skills in client HW
? Some Network skills
? Good skills in MS operating systems
? Basic skills in MS Office
? Good knowledge in Active Directory
? Good knowledge in printer configuration
? Excellent communication skills and experiences working in a multi national and multi cultural environment
? Strong language skills in spoken & written English and Mandarin
? Used to work in process managed services
? Be able to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
? Thrives in a fast pace environment and aims for constant improvements
It is an advantage if you have experience in handling user support for Citrix environment
