职位描述

I. Job Aim 工作目标

On behalf of Watsons, to implement Watsons policies of commerce, management and human resources, to be fully responsible for the internal economic activities and results of the store as well as various internal and external relationships. On the basis of securing the profitability of the operation area, to maximize business capability and customer satisfaction. To create capital and human resources in order to continually improve the quality of life of increasing customers and make it to be the best region in nation wide.

代表屈臣氏执行公司商业、管理和人力资源政策,全面负责区域内店铺的经济活动及效益,以及内外部关系管理;在保证营运区域合理的利润水平基础上,使公司赢利最大化和顾客满意程度最大化;为使所辖区域成为中国最好的区域,不断提高日益增长的消费者基本生活条件水平,创造资本和开发人力资源。


II. Duties and Responsibility工作职责

r Commerce 商业

I. Being fully responsible for commercial operation of the region, drawing long and midterm developing projects of the areas respecting the rules and laws issued by the local and state authorities concerning commercial operations as well as Wastons policies and strategy.

全面负责区域的商业营运,依据当地和国家的有关商业营运规定以及屈臣氏的政策策略制订长期和中长期发展计划

II. Maintaining with Merchandise a large range of product offers and competitive prices to customers in order to bring in more customers and higher turnover.

为吸引更多的顾客,并不断提升营业额,与采购部门协同扩大产品范围并制定有竞争力的价格

III. Defining commercial project of the region on basis of complete analysis of local market, items and potentiality of each area.

在全面分析当地市场、情报和每一个区域潜力基础上,制订区域商业计划

IV. Being responsible for the development of the region and ensuring the sustainable increase of turnover and profit.

对区域的业务增长负责,并确保持久的营业额和利润的增长

V. Promoting steadily market shares and capability of competition of the total region.

不断稳定地地提升市场占有分额和整个区域的竞争能力

r Management管理

I. Implementing Wastons basic commercial policies in the region in terms of price, choice, label, etc.

在所负责区域内对价格、商品、商标等方面严格贯彻屈臣氏的商业政策

II. Establishing and improving all kinds of working procedures and process.

建立和改善各种操作流程和方法

III. Continually searching for the most suitable expense level by utilizing appropriate management tools.

利用适当的管理工具来不断地寻找最适宜的营运成本费用水平

IV. Continually improving the level of shopping conditions in terms of comfort, security and atmosphere/environment.

不断提高店铺在舒适性、安全性等良好的购物环境

V. Enhancing and improving the level of service of the store

提高和增强店铺服务的水准

VI. Summarizing and analyzing the business regularly, so as to better the regional operation based on it.

有规律地概括和分析商业状况,并在此基础上改善区域营运

VII.Controlling and reducing the wastage, especially shrinkage.

控制并降低浪费尤其是库存损耗

VIII.Being responsible for the necessary refit and expanding-construction of each areas.

全面负责各个区域可能的店铺改装、扩装工程项目


r Human Resource 人力资源管理

I. Building the team, including Area Managers, Store Managers, Supervisors & Staff; ensuring the quality of recruitment.

建立包括区域经理、店铺经理、店铺主管和员工的团队,确保招募的质量

II. Practicing and promoting of managing method

提升管理方法并实施

III. Assisting Operational training and team building

协助营运培训和团队建设

IV. Controlling personnel expenses, improving the productivity of the operation part.

控制人事费用,提高营运部门的工作效率

V. Developing the potentiality of each employee and promoting internal promotion.

开发每一个员工的潜力并推广员工内部提升

VI. Motivating each employee, cultivating creativity, ensuring a good working environment.

激励员工,培养员工创造性,并确保一个好的工作环境

VII. Effecting Performance appraisal and career development of different levels and other concerning personnel accordingly.

VIII.Improving continually working conditions of the operation employees.

I. Communicating with the Area managers, Store managers and staff in order to maximize business efficiency in each area.

II. 5-6 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations

III. Aggressive and progressive in previous job history
