Job Title: Supply Chain Manager - Asia
Report to: Global Purchasing Director and Dotted line to SCM Director
Working Venue: Shanghai Pudong
Responsibilites:
- Execution of Global SCM strategy in the Region
- Develop supply chain roadmaps for the region, based on plants need and the global SCM Strategy.
- Close cooperation with Purchasing, plant logistics and GM etc
- Analyze and optimize transport flows in the region and also the global flows related to the region
- Execution of a LLP (Lead Logistics Provider) for the China plants
- Supervise the transport RFQ activities in the region
- Support purchasing and the plants in terms of customs and legal rule related questions
- Support the quoting process for new business in the region
- Supervise the implementation of the roadmap items
- Monitor logistics KMI’s in the region (logistics costs controlling) and initiate the right countermeasures if needed.

Requirements:
? University / (FH) with focus on logistics and general business management (BWL)
? SAP know-how desired
? MS-Office Know How needed
? MS-Access or SQL know how desired
? Passion to work with data
? English is mandatory
? Team-minded, self-employed, excellent communication skills
? Willingness to travel within Asia / globally a lot
?? Passion for Logistics
