岗位描述：
1. 对欧洲电商行业进行研究，对业务拓展进行策划；
2. 建立和拓展与欧洲互联网+电商合作伙伴的业务关系，包括各种业务合作模式的探索，以及商务接洽和交流；
3. 基于中国消费者对欧洲互联网+电商的服务需求，结合欧洲互联网+电商行业自身的发展趋势，对支付宝产品及服务的优化和创新提出建议或方案；
Through the development of long term relationships with major online/offline retailers, financial institutions and technology companies in EU, The BD specialists must be able to identify, establish and sell payment and financial solutions based on Alibaba/AliPay products and services. The individual must be able to develop account plans, finding sales leads and execute account strategies as the account owner. The individual is expected to be able to lead internal teams of product specialist and developers and confortable with difficult customer situations.

岗位要求：
1. 愿意并适合在欧洲长期工作（欧盟国籍、持欧洲绿卡或欧洲长期工作签证者优先）；
2. 大学及以上学历，工作经验五年及以上；熟悉欧洲的互联网或电子商务行业，有较强的金融或互联网零售专业背景，有相关从业经验者优先；
3. 精通英语，能用中文进行日常工作交流，擅长跨文化沟通，通晓欧洲当地其他外语更佳；
4. 有良好的全局观念，思路清晰敏捷，沟通协调能力及商务谈判能力强；
5. 有创业精神，能在面临较多不确定性和变化的环境中，始终保持工作激情和责任心。

1. Deep understanding of Internet and payment space. Prior industry experiences in e-commerce, Internet related travel services and financial services;
2. Familiar with Chinese online market space;
3. Result oriented, develop comprehensive account plans and strategies and lead the execution;
4. Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with client executives and key decision makers. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, other EU local language is a big plus;
5. Minimum 5 years business development or related experiences;
6. Bachelor’s degree or above;
7. EU citizen, green card or authorized to work in EU.
