Position: sales mgr/ sales

Responsibilities
Sound tracking on nuclear power plants projects in China 　 　 　
Build up customers relationship / database and to search for undeveloped customers 　
To make proper spec-in with design institutes with the assistance from technical department 　
To achieve sales target as set up per year 　 　 　 　
To achieve target of commercial margin as set up per year 　 　 　
Able to conduct negotiation and review terms and conditions of contracts 　 　
To monitor, supervise consultants and to build up agents/distribution networks if necessary 　
To reflect market information in a way to build up "market intellengience" 　 　
to make proper monthly reporting, to update sales database on monthly basis, to make customers visit report and quarterly business plan

Requirements:
Cable knowledge 　 　
presentation skills - powerpoint, etc 　
client relationship management knowledge
Incoterms and negotiation skills 　
nuclear power plant development knowledge
Min 5 years experiences in cable industry or nuclear power plants
Project management experiences
