Service

· Coordinate and manage any issues between store, Finance, Store Development, GA, Security and Landlord.
· Coordinate and follow up with landlord for store’s property issue. Example: Air Condition, Façade Blockade and ceiling leakage.

Product

· Ensure that contract renewals are of company interest and on time
· Negotiate of site relocation / reshape/closing terms and conditions that are favorable to the company
· Support store with rental reduction (if applicable and needed) to achieve SOP
· Support new/existing store for promotion area and additional signage.
Results

·Successfully Renew/Relocate/Rent Renegotiation of the site
· Smooth Landlord relationship by relationship management
· Successfully training store manager/area manager to be qualified in preliminary

Key Skills / Experience

·University graduate. Major in engineering, real estate, finance or law will be preferred.
· At least two year’s working experience in assets portfolio; expansion or other relative background, in retailing discipline is preferred
·Good ability in both spoken and written English and Chinese, good PC office skill as well.
·Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
·Fast learning and problem solving reflection, self active on working.
