Responsibilities
1.Help to define the design language for the Taobao.com product lines
2.Help to form the design principles for designers to follow
3.Develop high level visual hierarchy strategies for new generation e-commerce user interface on various devices. Multi-device design experiences preferred
4.Be the evangelist for the experience principles and internal design practices


岗位要求：
Minimum qualifications
1.MA/MS in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields.
2.4 years of relevant work experience.
3.Familiar with cross-platform design and development (including mobile devices)

Preferred qualifications
1.Understand the nature of a e-commerce site structure
2.Creative in investigating user behavior and buying psychology to help shaping the future Chinese online shopping experience
3.Excellent in Typographical knowledge
4.Excellent design taste, know the design trends around the world
5.Cross-culture user experience awareness
6.Self-motivated and be able to manage the workload to meet the critical project milestones
7.Top problem-solving skills
8.Great inter-personal skills to build a great working relationships with the product teams
9.Basic Mandarin Chinese for work communication.
