Responsibilities:

- Supporting any IT issue on site on defined local site.

· hardware configuration and installation (PCs, printers, servers, network- and phone devices),

· hardware break and fix for all standard and site-specific hardware of Hella

· software break and fix for all standard and site-specific software of Hella,

· hardware upgrades

· on-site and remote installation of software

· data back-up of client systems

· configuration of network devices

· contact to central IT for any IT-issues related to global Hella IT (changes of standards, escalations, specific IT project related issues)

qualifications:

• Win 7 knowledge (features, specifics, installation parameters)
• Basic knowledge about software installation, user groups and typical hardware interfaces
• Basic network knowledge (IP addresses, name servers, domains)

• Education in IT area or other relevant technical fields and/or other technical relevant specialization
• Open minded person, willing to learn new technologies or to improve his knowledge, have initiative, result and quality oriented, self-determination
• Enjoy being a team player and working in a servicing area
• Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
