岗位描述：
- Lead central marketing team to plan and execute global and regional (US, UK and APAC) campaigns supporting Brand Marketing for Sourcing Platform and AE Platform
- Campaign management:
o Align on goals and overall plan with overseas team (leaders and staff)
o Plan out execution details with clear timeline
o Manage content development
o Define success metrics and ensure measurability
- Navigate and secure resources for key marketing projects. Negotiate and escalate when necessary
- Build internal relations/internal communication – be the key point of contact for key business partners such as Site team, UED, Supplier Marketing and Sales
- Responsible for team development


岗位要求：
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- 10+ years Marketing experience and at least 5 years experience in managing a team, preferably in eCommerce
- Overseas experience or dealing with overseas markets a big plus
- Great people skills
- Project management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understand the difference between marketing in China and overseas
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Proficient in web analytics
