职责描述

· 1-3年相关工作经验

· 协助时尚记者和造型师的维护与开发事宜

· 协调与记者和造型师之间的联络与沟通，并向其提供适合其杂志的最新样衣

· 紧跟潮流趋势，并时刻关注市场中竞争对手的动态

· 协助跟踪每季时装杂志的期刊/月刊主题，并判断下季时装的趋势

· 积极主动地与记者和造型师进行沟通，为其下一期杂志主题提供合适的样衣

· 协助管理本地PRA系统，确保体系的日常运作并及时向公关经理和总部汇报相关结果

· 协助监督期刊的时装剪报、免费宣传与PRA系统的注册情况

· 协助公关经理及服装陈列室经理完成访问预约和/或在陈列室进行小型的新闻发布会

· 负责陈列室的布局与陈列，并根据相关方针悬挂样衣

· 负责检查陈列室的服饰，确保为最新款式，并将过期样衣从陈列室取走

· 与视觉部门和业务人员保持紧密联系，以了解H&M的最新信息

· 为陈列室内过季服饰的内部出售流程提供协助，并按照陈列室产品购买/租借的相关规定执行

· 在陈列室内应始终穿戴H&M的服饰（允许租借陈列室的服装）

Job Description

· Assist in maintaining and developing the fashion journalist and stylist on the market

· Assist in ongoing contacts with journalists & stylists to present the latest samples that will fit the profile of their magazines

· Always keep up to date with the latest trends and keep an eye on the competitors on the market

· Assist in tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season so that you know what the coming numbers will be about fashion wise

· Proactively contacting journalists and stylists to offer samples fitting their upcoming editorial themes

· Assist in managing the PRA system locally, ensuring daily use and reporting of results to PR managers as well as to HO

· Assist in monitoring of editorial fashion clippings and of free publicity and registration in the PRA system

· Assist in carrying out appointments and/or small press events in the showroom together with PR manager

· Responsible for the styling of the showroom and hanging of samples in accordance with the overall guidelines

· Always see to it that the latest garments hang in the showroom and to take away samples with passed incoming weeks

· Maintain close contacts with visual department as well as with merchandisers to keep up with the latest H&M information

· Assist in selling the samples internally after each period is over in the showroom in accordance to our policy on purchases/lending products from showroom

· Always wear H&M garments in the showroom(it’s ok to borrow samples from showroom)
