Position: Sr. Consultant for City Solution
Report to: Structure Head
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
? Contacts: CiAMs, global Cities CoC network, IC Sector/Division/BU management and respective functional experts, other experts in respective sectors
? Develop city solution packages for the Asian market:
? Define city solution package components and development methodologies;
? Focus on developing city portfolio and low carbon solution package in first priority for CiAMs to launch in the Chinese market;
? Develop other city solution packages based on the market analysis and internal communications.
? Build up city intelligence for the Asian market:
? Develop city intelligence collection methodologies;
? Coach, collect and analyze city intelligence data to drive business insights.
? Support CiAMs in city solution business consulting:
? Train CiAMs to use the city solution packages developed;
? Support CiAMs in customer business consulting.
? Identify city solution leads and support CiAMs to develop the leads:
? Identify city solution leads in the early engagement phase together with CiAMs;
? Qualify the leads and support CiAMs to develop the leads until maturity.
? Support city business reporting and other global Cities CoC assignments.
Requirements:
? Management consulting expertise;
? City business experiences;
? Company portfolio knowledge;
? Strong interpersonal skills;
? Virtual team working and management;
? Sales and marketing knowledge;
? Good sense of electrical engineering industry.
