岗位职责
1.Assist senior team members with building up the investment pipeline
2.Identify and screen potential investment opportunities
3.Participate in full-cycle execution, including origination, evaluation, research, due diligence, modeling, offering material preparation, marketing, structuring of engagements and transactions
4.Coordinate all steps in the investment process, serving as a liasion both internally and externally
5.Build financial/valuation models on target companies
6.Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

任职资格的具体描述：

1.MBA/MS degree from a top-tier school; top 5% of class
2.3-4 years of experience in PE/banking/consulting is highly desired
3.Solid financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling skills
4.Good understanding of domestic and foreign capital markets
5.Strong analytical skills is a must
6.Billigual in Mandarin Chinese and English; excellent oral and writing skills in both languages
7.Self-starter, ability to work well under pressure
8.Strong interpersonal skills, good team player
9.Excellent oral and writing skills in English & Chinese
薪酬福利
职位年薪：30-50万
薪资构成：底薪 + 提成
年假福利：国家标准
