职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Develop annual marketing strategy; assist in the development and implementation of the annual business plan;
2.Be responsible for establishing, maintaining the company brand image, execute the strategy;
3.Be responsible for marketing expense budget and control;
4.Collect and analyze market information and intelligence through various sources;
5.Work together with the team to analyze market opportunities and define customer needs & unmet needs;
6.Hand on experience in handling large and small scale PR events;
7.Monitors critical market developments; synthesizes and communicates market trends and competitive intelligence in order to drive business decisions;
8.Researches, verifies, and organizes complex market trend, competitive intelligence, and sales data.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing or related field
2.3-8 years experience in strategy and marketing related fields; 5 years experience will be considered for senior positions.
3.Experience in research and consulting related field is preferred;
4.Strategic thinking, being willing to take challenge, strong execution capability, self-motivated and team-work spirit;
5.Ability to communicate effectively.
6.Good command of English language skills.
