职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Design and implement long-term progressive Quality strategies and objectives that support the company's Vision, Mission, Values, and long-term objectives.
2. Drive quality through the complete product life cycle. Develop metrics (internal/external) including the company's cost of quality and identify strategies to decrease the cost of quality while improving reliability and delivery times.
3. Ensure Quality programs reflect or exceed requirement of customer, legislation, and relevant regulatory agencies including but not limited to the BSI, DNV, LR etc.
4. Ensure appropriate controls in place to measure and audit Supplier Performance and Assessment.
5. Work cross functionally with purchasing, operations, manufacturing engineering, and logistics.
6. Lead and conduct operational excellence activities to improve the company operational performance, not only in quality improvement, but also the workshop housekeeping, supplier performance improvement, and the production productivities improvement.
Qualification:
1. Experience in a quality/manufacturing industry.
2. Experience managing quality policies, practices, programs, and regulations.
3. Knowledge and understanding of Knowledge of six sigma and lean principles to integrate into operating procedures and mentoring of management staff.
4. Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills; written, oral, and inter-personal.
5. Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills.
6. MS Office experience required and working knowledge of MRP is a plus.
