KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Participating supplier development projects on Sites behalf. Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers with respect to quality, service, price and capabilities;
2. Qualify, develop and manage suppliers of small parts machining (steel, aluminum, copper...) in China. Sourcing activities include, but not limited to:
3. Selection, assessment of suppliers
4. Auditing and developing suppliers with quality and supply department colleagues
5. Ability to analyze complex internal and external data to drive process and product improvement;
6. Drives compliance to regulatory, customer, and industry quality requirements through continuous improvement techniques and the use of Lean Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Process Control tools and methods;

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good command of verbal and written English
2. Strong sourcing, procurement, and supplier quality experience in mechanical industries that have similar manufacturing technologies used in valve industries
3. Self starter who can operate with minimal supervision
4. Demonstrating a history of being a team player in a cross matrix organization
5. High mixture and low volume sourcing experience is a must
6. 3+ years working experience, at least 2 years in sourcing related
7. Bachelor degree in manufacturing, mechanical, engineering related
