Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
? Provide quality guideline to all QA & Factory Assigned QC.
? Provide technical advices to QA & Factory Assigned QC.
? Establish control systems to ensure Salesman samples, Approval samples, and Pre-production samples are obtained on time and meet all specifications.
? Set up proper approval reporting / tracking system for all the samples.
? Monitor productions closely and provide technical support when need to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
? Problem shooting.
? Fill out inspection report in every production stage.
? Obtain accurate information from merchandisers.
? Communicating proactively, effectively and as often as necessary with all personnel in the QA and Merchandising Team.
? Follow-up on all production and keep merchandising team informed the progress.
? Review all shipment samples and comment if any to ensure our QA often keep good quality of work.
? Develop methods, Technical support and procedures to reduce manufacturing costs and/or improve quality levels & production efficiency.
? Establish a good relationship with factory to facilitate problem solving and effective.
? Give trainings and guidance to QA staff to ensure they are able to perform their responsibility.

Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验

Education / 学历背景: (Certificate 资格证 / Diploma 毕业证书 / Associate 大专 / Bachelor 本科)
? Bachelor Degree or above
本科以上
? Major in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design and related
纺织工程、服装设计及相关专业

Experience / 工作经验:
? Over 10 years of experience in garment and/or fabric quality management
10年以上服装和/或面料质量管理经验

Knowledge / 专业知识:
? Textile engineering
纺织工程

? Quality Management System

Language / 语言应用: (Fair 一般 / Good 良好 / Fluent 流利 / Native 精通)
? Good command of written and oral English skills
