Job Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position include but not limited to the following
1 Analyzing the sport and outdoor footwear market in China and giving feedback to HO
2 Adjusting the Sportmaster's footwear product range for China's sporting goods market and according to the market needs
3 Developing SMU styles/colors especially for Chinese market;Monitoring the sales
4 Preparation of the assortment plans and product briefs, including the pricing
5 Finding target prototype samples and outsourcing at the factories
6 Managing the SMU development from first design till the confirmation sample
7 Making presentations of the collections for the Retail department
8 Help collecting and consolidating the orders for Chinese Retail
9 Interactions with other Departments:products managers, Head of PL department in HO, production engineers, designers, QC, QA, logistics, Retail China
Qualifications:
1 Language Abilities Above average English Skill
2 Computer Skills Experienced PC user - MS Office, Internet
3 Working Experience An excellent knowledge of the Chinese footwear market (preferably sport and outdoor) is a must. Experience in retail or wholesale footwear sales in China is a plus. Good knowledge of international shoes market, basics of marketing and business planning are highly desirable. SMU product creation experience will give an additional advantage to the candidate
4 Education & Training No special requirement, the key factor is a character and experience in the above-mentioned fields no less then 2 years.
