Position: Commercial Project Manager
Report to: Commercial Head
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Financial/commercial management of project(s) with the aim of finishing the Project in the given time, budget and quality framework with the greatest possible positive profit and EVA effectiveness and to the customer's satisfaction.
? Execution of contracts with customers, consortium partners, regional units and suppliers maximizing both project profit and customer satisfaction.
? Collaboration in project teams and with new employees to achieve specified Results/goals.
? Send correspondence regarding the project to project email account.
? Make contact to other departments and assist the PM in providing proper information.
? Assist PM in following up and trying to mitigate negative impact to the project from areas within your responsibility.
? Participate in project meetings whenever required.
? Set up action plans in order to meet contract conditions as per below.
? Comply with internal correspondence registration requirements.
? Identify issues in the contract containing obligations related to your area of responsibility.
? Follow agreed QA & HSE plan.
? Define the project execution strategy including tax strategy in line with the customer's contract structure and the New Collaboration model.
? Perform all financial/commercial duties within the project(s), such as establishing commercial terms and conditions, accounting (US GAAP, SAP, SOA, IKS), payments, bonds/guarantee (GREAT), funding, currency management, taxes, customs declarations, claim balancing and financial statements, possibly dispatch schedule monitoring and following New Collaboration Model requirements (if applicable).
? Assuring proper handover from sales by verifying the As-sold values have been frozen. (Please SEE PRO seq Guidelines for further information)
? Perform a Detailed Comparison of costs to WBS element level 4 and 5. Such comparisons can include: As-sold calculation and order income calculation (OIC).
? After such comparisons you will need to provide comments for each cost change and have them signed off.
? On-schedule, quality-assured incorporation of the final offer-calculation into the order entry calculation (OIC).
? Plan, prepare / execute and report project status meetings.
? Perform cost accounting and controlling.
? Carry out optimization of processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity, and to increase profit.
