Responsibilities:
1. Establish a strong position in search and selection in specific sectors and profiles, goal is to be leading in volume and quality
2. Focus on mid and senior positions
3. Full responsibility for budget, P&L and results
4. Quick expansion to get more market share
5. Establish a strong brand name
6. Build a strong team of over 100 members with second or third layers
7. Development in line with corporate standards and operation guidelines
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above,minimum of 8years working experience including three years' experience in people management
2. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
3. Service industry is prefered
