职位描述
1. Responsible for achieving dealer's wholesale stocking, and retail sales performance targets as set by National Sales Manager.
2. Develop detailed action plans to assist poor performing dealers attain their targets.
3. Ensuring the premium luxury customer experience offered by the dealers is an extension of the company's ambition and strategy.
4. Manage and monitor franchise obligations of the dealers and ensure compliance with the company's reporting requirements are achieved.
5. Regularly review and refine business processes to reduce costs, save time and improve quality.
6. Manage adhoc dealer and customer issues, including management of incentives, variable marketing, and customer complaints.
7. Systematically report competitor actions to Regional office.
8. Work closely with marketing team in the creation and implementation of dealer sales events.
9. Manage and coordinate company sponsored dealer product and sales training.
10. Manage and monitor dealer network performance in assigned area to ensure the company's short and long term objectives are met. Report to regional office any grey market activity.
Qualification/Experience Required
1. Bachelor degree (MBA or equivalent work experience preferred).
2. Minimum 4 years sales experience in automotive industry.
3. Experience in premium product retail operations - motor vehicle dealer is an asset.
4. Experience in the areas of business administration.
5. Knowledge of market and service structure in Chinese vehicle environment.
6. Good / Excellent English language, written and spoken.
7. Self motivated and capable of working independently, and in a team environment.
8. Ability to gain respect of dealers.
9. Analytical skills to enable review, interpret and respond to dealers' performance.
10. Understanding of marketing concepts and application in the automotive environment
11. Customer focused.
12. Skilled in management, financial and operating practices of small/medium businesses.
13. Self motivated with the ability to take the initiative when required.
14. Availability for frequent travel, including overnight required.
15. Driver's license.
16. Excellent PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
