? 依照亚太区或中国总部业务标准制定全国营销资源管理政策、制度、流程并执行。包括营销员薪酬、晋升考核、营销人员信息管理等。
Plan and execute sales resource policies, manuals and procedures within Regional/National framework at national level. Including sales compensation, sales promotion, sales person information management and other sales resource related.
? 下属团队的工作及人员管理,以协助营销资源部总监达成总公司营销资源部的各项业务考核指标。
Manage and monitor subordinate team on operation and people management to assist Head of Sales Resource to achieve the key performance indicator of the Sales Resource Department, National Office.
? 定期对基本法的执行情况进行监督,以了解是否按照基本法精算预测模型执行,并上报管理层以作管理参考。
Periodically monitor the implementation of DAP to know if the actual performance matches the DAP model assumed by Actuarial. And provide the report to management for reference.
? 为营销渠道基本法制度的回顾、修订提供可行性分析支持,及确保基本法的贯彻执行。
To provide Distribution with feasibility analysis support on DAP review and ensure the execution of the agreed DAP.
? 管理、监督各分区营销资源部按总公司营销资源部的政策、制度及流程要求执行。
Manage and monitor HUB Sales Resource’s routine operations to ensure the policies, manuals and procedures are complied consistently.
? 定期回顾分析总公司及各分区营销资源部的运营情况,不断提高工作效率、准确率及服务水平,以提升渠道满意度。
Regular review on operation processing of National and HUB Sales Resource and keep improving efficiency, accuracy and service level to improve Distribution Scope.
? 定期收集各业务相关部门反馈,不断改进,以使运营流程更顺畅、高效。
Collect feed back from relevant parties, and amend sales resource workflow and procedure periodically or immediately to ensure smooth operation and maximize operational efficiency
? 在总公司层面为各分区营销资源部提供管理服务支持。
Provide HUB Sales Resource with management support at national level.
? 确保按照国家法律,法规,监管规定,公司内部规章制度履行管理责任和反洗钱义务。
Ensure responsibly of management obey government laws, rules & inspection rules and discharge obligation of anti-money.
