Responsibilities:

- Promote accessories business in China and service as a market responsible for accessories offer from VCC to China dealers.

- China accessories strategy, business development and accessories revenue.

- National and regional accessories product strategy and updates.

- New car model accessories strategy, marketing material and launch vehicle preparations.

- Standards of accessories display in dealer facility and compliance.

- Accessories pricing and marketing activities.

- Accessories product competence and sales process in VCCN and dealer network.

- Accessories incentive scheme development for dealers (e.g. VDM) and sales force, coordination of compliance.

- Accessories Centre development and execution.

- Local product contracts and service agreements.

- Motor show and road show accessories facilitator for accessories.

- Accessories promotions and coordination with global activities.
