Account Manager
Job description
- Develop and implement marketing strategy of the customers.
o Develop customer Sales and Marketing strategy that covers at least 3 years ahead
o Develop customer Sales Scorecard and Sales budget that covers 1 year ahead
o Follow up the performances and ensure that the development is aligning to the company strategy and scorecard. In case of deviation, work out corrective actions and follow up its implementations.
- Be responsible for contract review and negotiation.
- Support Sales &Marketing Manager to coordinate and balance on the SHTS capacity distributions in China and Export in terms of customer orders, price, and deliveries.
- Control payment and finished goods inventory for customers.
- Analysis export market and make regular marketing research report, submit the ideas and recommendations on business development for management reference
- Monitor and analysis competitors' activities, provide advise and action for strategy
- Develop new business of different applications.
- Coordinate with Sales Support Manager for order handling issues
- Coordinate with PD engineers responsible for customers and PD Manager for customers' technical issues.
Job requirement
-Bachelor Degree or above
-5+ years of working experience with minimum 3 years in industrial sales, preferable in automotive industry; Experience in a managerial position is a plus;
-Able to perform under pressure in a fast growing company and industry;
-Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written;
