Background:
Identify and realize new businesses for beyond the current business scope:
? Based on sound understanding of local culture, social environment, actual trends and needs of potential customers
? Based on entrepreneurial freedom to think and act beyond RB/obvious.
? Screen market opportunities in cooperation with universities, institutes, NGO's, etc.
? Conduct business field analysis, design of business cases, project calculations
? In the areas of the middle and bottom of the pyramid in CN markets
? Minimum sales volume in a stable phase >50 m USD at a profitability rate above RB average
Target Group: Market or sales profession-Consulting firm/Software engineer - social media in local start up company/Mechanical engineering profession from (renewable) energy related industries/Commercial & finance profession from private equity & Venture Capital Company
Responsibilities
? Market Research on potential business opportunities;
? Industry and competitor analysis
? Business field analysis
Requirements
? Full-time MBA degree
? Working experience in market/ sales analysis etc
? Working experience in consultant projects, risk investment experience is a plus.
? Knowledge of standard software, knowledge in database, statistical software desirable
? Excellent Industry Contacts in the industry
? Self Motivated - a go getter, requires minimum supervision, strong passion
? Strong Presentation and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation Skills
? Strong Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese
